Post-Jam Update v0.2

This is the first major update after the FrenJam ended.

Now you can change gears/speeds with the number keys, after you buy the engine upgrades.

Updated the UI, mostly the fonts

Added the ability to skip dialogue

Added some other small things, fixed some more and cleaned up the code.
